This is a dynamic firm in Sydney CBD who are dedicated to providing outstanding legal services to their clients. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated lawyer to join their successful team.

About the role:

As an Estates Lawyer you will play a pivotal role in the Wills & Estates practice; you will be responsible for managing a range of complex estate matters with a particular focus on Family Provision claims.

You will have full autonomy and responsibility to run your own file load providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s growth.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 2+ years PAE in Wills & Estates Law with a strong emphasis on Family Provision matters.
• Proven experience handling estate disputes and contested matters end-to-end.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions focused approach and the ability to manage matters independently.
