An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic junior legal administrator to join a leading national firm in Sydney's CBD.  This firm offers significant long term career opportunities, a friendly and cohesive working environment and on the job training.  

Our client is seeking a permanent full time Junior Personal Assistant to join their Sydney Insurance team. In this role you will collaborate with a senior legal secretary to help provide support to the legal professionals.

As you grow in your role and develop your skills, you will have the opportunity to provide direct support to lawyers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary and calendar management
• File management and document preparation using legal software and systems
• Digital dictation
• Liaising with clients and third parties.  
• Preparing Briefs. 
• Completing reports for insurer clients.  
• General administrative duties 

About you:

• Previous administration or professional support experience, ideally in a legal setting 
• Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite 
• Touch typing skills 
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 
• Organisation and time management skills 
• Have a genuine interest in building a career in legal support
