About the Team
Our Brisbane Dispute Resolution & Litigation (DR&L) team sits within a leading national practice group acting for a broad range of clients across commercial disputes and litigation, property, media, technology, mining, energy and resources, royal commissions and commissions of inquiry, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, and startups and emerging enterprises.
Our clients include national and international organisations, listed companies, SMEs, private businesses and individuals. The group is led by driven, client-focused partners recognised among Australia’s leading commercial litigation lawyers.
About the Role
We are seeking a Brisbane-based Senior Associate (6+ PAE) with strong experience in general commercial litigation to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role offering exposure to high-quality matters and clients, along with genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive and well-established practice.
About You
As a key member of the DR&L team, you will work closely with clients across a diverse range of complex dispute resolution and litigation matters, including:
- Contractual and commercial disputes
- Property and leasing disputes
- Corporations Act disputes
- Australian Consumer Law disputes
- Regulatory investigations and proceedings
- Shareholder disputes
- Insolvency and recoveries
- Information technology and intellectual property disputes
You will bring strong technical skills, excellent judgment and a proactive, client-centric approach. This is an outstanding opportunity for a career-minded professional to further build their litigation expertise and step confidently into senior practice.
