We’re wrapped to be teaming up once again with our long-time pals at Business Fitness. And this time? We’re on the lookout for a truly special Content & Product Education Specialist to join their growing crew.

So, what’s the Business Fitness story?

Business Fitness helps accounting teams thrive through smarter systems, streamlined workflows, and tools that support real growth. Their flagship SaaS platform, Active, brings structure and clarity to firms across compliance, CRM, workflow, and workpapers.

They’ve built a loyal customer base (including some of the biggest firms in the country), have an exciting product roadmap ahead, and even have a clever AI sidekick (Coach) handling the low-hanging support queries so the work stays interesting.

They’re fully remote, Australia-based, and now looking for someone who can bring Active to life through education and content that’s practical, engaging, and genuinely useful.

The Gig

You’ll be the go-to person for client learning, turning product knowledge into training resources that make using Active feel seamless.

You’ll create and maintain:
✅ Training Centre courses
✅ Support articles and how-to guides
✅ Monthly feature videos
✅ Scalable learning pathways (with future certification potential)

Your work will directly reduce support queries, improve client confidence, and help customers get maximum value from the platform.
  
What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit within the Implementation & Training Division, right at the heart of delivering high-quality product education.

That means:

• Creating content clients can actually apply
• Working closely with product and support teams to stay ahead of updates
• Refreshing learning resources quickly as new features roll out
• Spotting recurring client questions and building smarter, proactive content
• Experimenting with new formats like short-form video, interactive modules, and AI-supported learning

You’ll also play a key role in evolving the Training Centre into a more scalable, future-ready education model.
  
What we’re looking for in YOU

You’re someone who brings both accounting knowledge and strong communication, with a genuine interest in content, training, or product education.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 3+ years’ experience in the accounting industry (public practice preferred)
• A strong ability to simplify complex accounting/tax concepts
• 6+ months of experience working with the Active platform
• Clear, structured writing skills (guides, how-tos, training content)
• Confidence picking up new tools and systems quickly

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

• Synthesia, or similar tools
• Comparable systems like MYOB or Xero practice tools

Most importantly? You enjoy helping people understand things properly.
