THE GIG
This role sits in a veryyy cool sweet spot. It’s the kind of gig people in Paid Media are always trying to find.
You’ll own a curated portfolio of SMB brands across Paid Search + Paid Social with end-to-end ownership across strategy, performance and client partnerships.
You’ll still be close to the platforms, but you'll also be deeply involved in strategy, creative, performance and identifying where the real growth opportunities sit. You'll work alongside some seriously clever humans across Paid Media, Strategy and Creative, with plenty of room to challenge thinking, bring ideas to the table and make your mark.
And honestly? One of the coolest things about this role is where it goes next.
Farsiight isn't looking for someone who might be ready for leadership one day. They're looking for someone who's already operating at that level.
The expectation? You'll own your patch, influence strategy, back yourself in client conversations and step into a leadership position within the first few months.
