For the first time since launching Fynd less than two years ago, we’re opening a Senior Digital Consultant role inside our Digital Practice. Not because we have to. Because the timing is right and the momentum is very, very real.
In under two years we’ve gone from idea to serious traction. From “let’s see” to “watch this.” We’ve built something intentional. A genuine challenge to traditional agency recruitment.
Bootstrapped. Founder-led. Zero BS. And now? We’re ready to scale.
This role isn’t about filling a gap. It’s about raising the bar and building what comes next with the right person beside us.

Deeply trusted by market leaders and respected across the digital ecosystem, the practice has been running at capacity for some time now.
Which brings us to this role.
This hire unlocks the next phase of growth for Fynd. It creates space at a leadership level to lean further into strategy, partnerships and expansion, while you deliver exceptional outcomes across embedded relationships and build your own commercial footprint over time.
And you’re not stepping into something cold. You’ll be walking into active partnerships, trusted client relationships and multiple retained searches consistently in motion.
No cowboy energy. No churn and burn. No ego-led vibes.
Just strong delivery, deep partnerships, high standards and big ambition. That’s the vibe.
The GIG
This is a
Senior Digital Consultant role in the truest sense of the word. Not filling jobs. Building growth stories with brands that trust us and expect us to raise the bar. Every time.
You will:
- Own live searches across Digital Marketing, Growth, UX, Product, Analytics and Digital Leadership.
- Build structured, visible pipelines through headhunting, market mapping, referrals and solid market intel.
- Deliver commercially aligned shortlists that convert, not just impress.
- Manage offers with confidence, control and zero chaos.
- Step into client briefings and embedded WIPs as a true advisor, not just a supplier.
- Progress into full account ownership.
- Help mentor and elevate our Junior Digital Consultant.
- Build your own client portfolio and revenue pipeline alongside delivery.
This isn’t volume recruitment. It’s precision. High trust. High standards. Strong conversion.
You’ll operate inside a disciplined and transparent model where clients see real pipeline movement, candidate and client experience genuinely matter, and revenue feels predictable, intentional and earned.
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have the brand, the backing and the partnerships to win.
Who You Are
You’re already operating as a
Senior Consultant within Digital recruitment. Or you’ve built serious credibility inside digital #agencyland, a high-growth eCom brand or a SaaS environment and you understand exactly how this market really works.
You know what good looks like. You care about quality. You’re commercially driven and confident in front of clients.
You don’t need hand-holding to deliver outcomes.
You likely:
- Have a strong network and reputation of your own
- Know how to run structured, deep searches
- Understand digital capability across agency, SaaS and eCom
- Are motivated by building something, not just maintaining a desk
Most importantly? You’re comfortable hanging out in startup land.
We’re ambitious. We move quickly. We test ideas and innovate constantly.
Things don’t move slowly here. And if you’re the right person, that’s exactly what will excite you most.

If you’ve spent most of your career inside traditional agency recruitment, particularly high-volume contingent environments, there will be some unlearning here. That’s intentional.
