This fabulous crew is expanding their brilliant Brissy team, and we're teaming up once again to find their next paid media legend to join the ride.
 
This time? We're on the lookout for a talented Digital Manager who lives and breathes paid media. You're strategic, curious, and ready for more. You love to challenge the status quo, shake things up, and deliver work that actually means something.

The GIG: 
 
We're after a Digital Manager with a sweet spot for paid media - someone who has a good few runs on the board, a deep performance-led mindset, and a hunger to elevate their strategic game in a team that brings the energy, the talent, and the results. 
 
This is much more than your average paid media gig. You won't be setting and forgetting ads here - you'll be at the centre of multi-channel strategies and working across a handful of seriously epic brands. From global launches to always-on campaigns, your hands will be all over the action. 
 
You'll be a fit if you:

• Nail campaign planning, implementation and optimisation\
• Are fluent in platform mechanics and performance metrics
• Love folding paid media into holistic digital strategies

Your bread and butter? Paid Search and Paid Social. You know how to build, scale, and optimise campaigns that actually perform. You're just as comfortable in the detail as you are zooming out to the bigger picture - and you thrive on shaping paid media strategy that sits seamlessly in a broader digital ecosystem.
 
What we're looking for in YOU! 

• 3+ years experience in Paid Media (ideally agency-side) using your deep expertise to drive standout strategic thinking and campaign results. Whether it's agency growth or smashing client KPIs, you're all about BIG wins in the Performance space.
• You understand the full Performance mix clearly. From Search and Social to Display, Video and Programmatic - you're across it all at a strategic level and know how to build smart, channel-agnostic plans that deliver (with the support of an epic team around you, of course!). 
• You're no stranger to rolling up your sleeves and getting amongst it. Whilst you don't have to be a specialist in every channel, you've spent plenty of time hands-on in Paid Search and Paid Social - and you know how to make campaigns shine in this space! 
• You lead with EQ. You listen deeply, communicate with clarity, and know how to turn complex data into stories that connect - whether it's a killer client presentation or a strategic rec.
• You've got that entrepreneurial edge. Curious. Driven. Unafraid to dig deep and ask the clever questions that uncover smarter ways forward - always in pursuit of real, measurable outcomes.
• You're a Paid Media superstar, but your lens is broader. You get how broader digital channels and martech work together, and you're all about bringing to life integrated, data-led campaigns that are as targeted as they are impactful.
• You're a trusted strategic partner for your clients - someone who can see around corners, think beyond the brief, and build relationships that are built on value, insight, and growth.
