We've got a great role for an Electrical Engineer to join our client's maintenance team based near London Bridge, working in a high end corporate space, part of a team and joining a well renowned building service provider! 

As the Electrical Engineer on site, you'll be tasked for the planned preventive and reactive maintenance on the electrical systems, carry out general building maintenance, report into the Site Supervisor, liaise with subcontractors and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.

The successful candidate must be fully qualified in Electrical Engineering / Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent), have at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance as an Electrical Engineer, live commutable distance to London Bridge and possess a client facing attitude.

Electrical Engineer Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, Pumps, BMS Operation
• Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in electrical installations / engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent / higher) 
• At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within commercial maintenance
• Live within commutable distance to site
• Good understanding of commercial M&E systems.

Salary and Package:

• £45,000 - £47,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
