We are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a foot-mobile basis throughout London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of high-profile commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will hold qualifications in one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning, and possess a well-rounded knowledge of building services systems.

Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs/ FCUs
• Plant room checks
• Pumps
• Motors
• Sprinklers
• Water Treatment
• General maintenance duties

• City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical / Plumbing / Air Conditioning / Electrical qualifications
• Building services maintenance experience

• £49,000 - £51,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
