An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-respected and growing building services provider. Based on a prominent retail park in Reading, this is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As part of a large and collaborative on-site maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, emergency response, and remedial works across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance
• Maintenance and repair of
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Pumps (including Bearings and Mechanical Seals)
• Water Treatmnt Systems (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc.)
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing systems
• Sprinkler systems
• Pressurisation Units
• Generators
• Basic Building Management System (BMS) Operation

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent
• Apprentice-trained (desirable)
• Previous experience in Building Services Maintenance
• Strong client-facing skills and professional attitude

• Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
