We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrically Biased Maintenance Supervisor to join one of the UK's leading facilities maintenance providers on a prestigious contract based in South West London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven career history within building services maintenance, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively and deliver contractually required levels of service. A strong electrical background, along with relevant qualifications, is essential for success in this position.

Duties:

• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reports
• Attending client meetings
• Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
• Permits to work
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units.
• Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions

• City & Guilds Electrical Installations Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent qualification (apprentice trained disirably)

• Ability to manage a team
• Building Services Maintenance experience
