About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to join our team during the Summer Holidays at the end of 2026.
This Internship is designed for someone who is curious, detail oriented, and keen to learn “how things actually get done.” You will work alongside experienced Supply Chain professionals and gain hands on exposure across purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory, finance interfaces, and operational systems.
This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in supply chain operations while contributing meaningfully to a high performing team.
What you'll do: - Gain practical experience using enterprise ERP systems to manage purchase orders and procurement data.
- Develop a deep understanding of procurement’s role in the wider supply chain, from demand through to delivery and payment.
- Learn how purchasing decisions support operations, inventory management, finance, and production.
- Build exposure to supplier interactions, compliance requirements, and ethical procurement practices.
- Work within structured processes while being encouraged to identify improvements and ask questions.
- Be supported and mentored by Senior Purchasers in a collaborative team environment.
We are seeking someone who: - Values learning, enjoys variety, and is comfortable contributing wherever support is needed.
- Is currently studying (or recently completed) a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Is eager to learn and open to doing a mix of administrative, system based, and coordination tasks.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organisation
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is comfortable following processes while learning why they exist
- Enjoys supporting a team and contributing to shared outcomes

Mandatory Requirements: - Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
