We are looking for an experienced and quality-orientated Homecare Manager with a strong background in running the operations of a homecare business to join a private homecare provider with a reputation for reliability, quality and delivering a person-centred service. You do not need to have had previous registration with CQC but must be willing (with support and within 12 months) take this on.
Working alongside the Senior Management Team you will effectively manage all operations of the business, with a particular focus on growth, overseeing the day-to-day performance and managing people.

You will need to have had senior experience within the domiciliary care sector and be empathetic, a great communicator and be passionate about delivering a high-quality service through an efficient, motivated, and well-led team. You will be values-led, and confident networking with community partners and & stakeholders.

Culture and customer service will be something close to your heart as you will be instrumental in leading your people, delivering a person-centred service to clients, and leading the business to the highest levels of excellence.
This Care Manager position is ideal for someone who has a strong business growth background be able to bring fresh ideas, inject innovative ways of working and really shape the business.

Duties included in this role are:

• Be an inspiring leader – driving business values, culture, and engagement.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to maintain the CQC ‘Good’ Rating
• Take the lead on the Business Development strategy using marketing, the local community, referral networks and building on new and existing relationships.
• Take full accountability for ensuring that the highest standards of business performance are continuously challenged and improved upon.
• Promote yourself as a highly credible ambassador for the business, leading by example.
• Support with the strategy for future growth and performance.
• Meet and exceed business standards, regulations, and legislation requirements.
• Agree objectives for meeting business performance targets and manage budgets.
