Role Overview:

Are you a calm thinking, customer orientated individual, wih both a task and time focusssed atttude and an ability to work well on your own managing projects and client relationships?

For this role we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference working for a leading healthcare technology provider taking responsibility for implementing projects, overseeing all resources and taking a lead on customer interaction as the planning stages of the project get underway.  

This role is ideally suited to someone who has both a technical mindset as well as a strong ability to work well with customers, guiding them through projects and ensuring that all communications are clear and well documented as well as keeping the wider Team updated and motivated throughout the project set up phases.

Within this role you will be engaged in the following activities:

• Developing and maintaining a project plan
• Hosting project kick-off meetings and establishing steering groups
• Leading and allocating tasks within the project team
• Coordinating technical resources
• Coordinating with the installtin Teams working on site
• Monitoring implementation and providing support during the operational phase

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and client relationship skills with a proven track record in managing your own projects and maintaining excellent communication channels with a variety of internal teams and external clients.

Criteria required for this role:

• Several years of documented experience in project management
• Strong technical understanding and proven experience working with IT systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Professional and consultative approach
• Self-driven, proactive, and responsible
• Results- and service-oriented
• Structured and quality-conscious
• Valid driving license

Experience required for this role:

• Professional experience from the healthcare or welfare sector
• Technical and/or IT degree from a university or college
• Knowledge and experience in networking technology and/or welfare technology
