Are you an experienced Maintenance Surveyor, seeking your next contract within a thriving Repairs team?

Our client has an immediate opportunity for a Surveyor to join their Property Service Team, covering Somerset.

The successful applicant will have experience pre and post inspecting occupied and void properties, identifying and resolving maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance enquiries, completing pre inspections
• Liaise with the customer to identify the cause of the issue and if necessary, provide education on future prevention
• Liaise with the in-house trade teams and/or contractors to complete the works
• Post inspect works on completion to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a HNC/HND in Building studies or equivalent or experience completing a similar role.
