Supported Housing Manager (Roles available in Leicester & Coventry)

Preferred Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing supported housing programs or similar social services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on client-centred solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or professional certification in social work, housing management, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful program management and service delivery in the supported housing sector
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals
