£41k per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Social Housing provider based in St Austell, for a programme manager to transform the processes to align departments to working to the same processes.

this is a key role that will enable the delivery of positive social impact to local communities.

You will be responsible for planning, evaluating, coordinating and delivering several complex and client focussed projects, ensuring completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.

You will be responsible for setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarising the progress of projects, preparing and presenting reports for senior management and the Board regarding the status of projects and delivering at pace but within a rigorous and controlled manner

You will be working directly with internal clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and collaborating across the business and with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered and that benefit realisation is achieved.

Previous sector experience is not a requirement, so if you are an experienced Programme / Project Manager, used to developing new ways of working to streamline and transform the business processes and co-ordinate change, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, then please apply now.
