THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Crew members to join our team at Melbourne Airport.

In this fast-paced airport retail environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to international travellers while supporting store sales and daily operations. You will engage with customers, and promote our wide range of global brands across beauty, liquor, confectionary, and luxury products.  
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Communicate current promotions and product information to customers
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across Lotte Duty Free’s brand portfolio
• Ensure shelves are well stocked, organised, and presented to a high standard
• Ensure adherence to customer purchase conditions and airport safety procedures
   

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required
• Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Melbourne Airport
• Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly
• Part time position: 60 hours’ fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
