THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution Centre team based at Brisbane Airport.

Reporting to the Regional Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating inbound and outbound stock movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all bonded warehouse operations meet strict customs compliance requirements. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading teams, working in a structured environment, and thrives under pressure.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Regional Warehouse Manager in supervising warehouse operations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements across airport stores and interstate locations
• Oversee accurate picking, packing, receiving, and dispatch processes
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support regular stocktakes
• Ensure all customs and bonded warehouse regulations are adhered to
• Support audits and work closely with customs officers to maintain compliance
• Coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Ensure adherence to OH&S procedures at all times

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience supervising or leading warehouse teams
• Experience using RF scanners / warehouse management systems
• High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and forklift license

• Location: Brisbane Airport
• Full time position, Mon-Fri 6am-2.30pm
