Account Executive IT - New Business & Relationship Growth

Your challenge
As an Account Executive, you are responsible for building and growing your own client portfolio. You actively seek out new opportunities while also expanding existing accounts.
You spend a significant amount of time in the field, engaging with decision-makers and translating their needs into concrete IT solutions, with a strong focus on security and managed services. You are given the autonomy to define your own approach, as long as you deliver results.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and approaching new business opportunities
- Generating your own meetings through outbound calling
- Advising and guiding clients on their IT strategy
- Building and closing deals
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships
Your profile - Commercially driven and proactive
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Experience in sales (B2B is a plus)
- Interest or knowledge in IT, security, or managed services
- Independent, goal-oriented, and hands-on

Salary package - €3500 - €4500 base, pending on experience
- €12.500 to €17,500 commission per year based on targets
