They’re on the lookout for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join their small but mighty corporate team, working at the intersection of Australia’s critical minerals and clean energy future. You’ll be the digital storyteller, content creator, and social media wrangler who turns big ideas into compelling copy and scroll-stopping visuals. Your work will engage global customers, investors, government, and community stakeholders alike.
This isn’t your average marketing role. It’s creative. It’s strategic. It’s diverse. It’s fast-paced. And it’s made for someone who’s a self-starter and knows how to make things happen.
What you'll do:
Own their social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube) and grow them with smart, accurate, engaging, visually on-brand content.
Write crisp, creative copy that speaks to different audiences – from engineers to investors to school kids.
Design on-brand graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, or both.
Help roll out internal communications that people actually read (yes, even the safety updates).
Contribute to campaigns that drive everything from customer acquisition to community engagement.
Keep their content library organised and up to date – from photos and videos to templates and brand assets.
Stay on the pulse of digital trends and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.
Pitch in on media, stakeholder engagement, and the occasional “can you help us pull this together?” moment.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in a marketing, comms, or content-heavy role (agency or in-house).
A natural communicator who can write clean, compelling content across formats and audiences.
Detail-obsessed (because it matters).
Social media savvy (you understand what works on LinkedIn vs what flops).
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or both; with a sharp eye for design.
Organised, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple projects
Curious, collaborative, and passionate about sustainability, clean tech, or critical minerals
