Pacific People Solutions are very pleased to partner with our valued client, Alpha HPA, to source a Project Document Controller for their Stage Two Project, based in their Project Office in Spring Hill.
The Alpha HPA First Project Stage Two is an integral part of the company’s vision to successfully commercialise the ultra-high purity aluminium product range that will support the global decarbonisation transition.
As the Project Document Controller, you will provide administrative support across the Integrated Owners Team which will include managing project documentation/records and ensuring all drawings, specifications and correspondence are accurately recorded, version controlled and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing project team and will require you to work closely with their site based and corporate project teams as well as project vendors, consultants and contractors. In addition, you will administer document control systems and provide support and training to other uses. You will have experience in managing document archiving and project documentation, including as-built drawings’, O&M manuals and compliance certificates.
The Project Document Controller will directly report to the Project Services Manager and will be tasked with tracking RFI’s, correspondence, document workflows and drawing revisions through to approval to support project delivery.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project document control role
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong computer skills, including advance user of Aconex application and with proficiency in Microsoft product suite and other relevant software applications.
- Detail orientated and the ability to collaborate within a project team
- Excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholder expectations as well as the ability to work well and collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated, highly pro-active and resilient attitude.
- Willingness to learn with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude and capable of working in a fast pace and changing environment.
About Alpha HPA Alpha HPA Production Facility is the application of the company’s licensed Smart SX technology to produce a range of high purity aluminium products, most notably their Ultra High Purity Alumina, Ultra High Purity Precursors and Ultra Boehmite.
These products will provide the raw materials used by leading decarbonisation growth industries including LED lighting and lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles.
