A leading specialist insurer is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Loss Adjuster to manage major and complex losses across construction, engineering, and infrastructure. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives on technical challenge, autonomy, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
The Role

• Lead complex CAR/EAR, engineering, and specialist lines claims from first notification to settlement
• Conduct detailed site investigations, root‑cause analysis, and quantum assessments
• Interpret policy wordings, contracts, drawings, and technical documentation
• Produce clear, authoritative reports and recommendations
• Build strong relationships with insurers, brokers, contractors, and legal teams
• Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to technical excellence

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience in construction or specialist lines adjusting
• Strong technical understanding of construction and engineering principles
• Proven track record managing high‑value, multi‑party losses
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and report‑writing skills
• Professional qualifications (ACII, CILA, engineering) are an advantage
