Bookkeeper | Gold Coast | $80K – $90K + Super

We’re partnering with a growing and well-established business on the Gold Coast that is looking for a confident, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and support the wider business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong internal relationships, and being part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team culture.

The Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bookkeeping function including:

• Accounts payable & receivable
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• BAS preparation and lodgements
• Month-end reporting support
• Managing cash flow and supplier payments
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Liaising with external accountants and stakeholders
• Supporting process improvements and finance administration

About You 

• Experienced in a bookkeeping role
• Strong across Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident working independently
• Professional with excellent communication skills
• Proactive and solutions-focused
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
