A highly regarded national full-service law firm looking to appoint a Tax Lawyer into their growing Brisbane team.

The role offers broad exposure across tax advisory, structuring and disputes, working closely with sophisticated private clients, business owners, accountants and other professional advisers. You will join a collaborative and well-resourced team with direct access to experienced senior practitioners and genuine investment in your long-term development.

The Role You will gain exposure across:

• Federal and State taxation matters.
• Tax advisory, structuring and transactional matters.
• ATO and Revenue Office audits, objections and disputes.
• Direct client work with private clients, business owners and professional advisers.

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Admission as an Australian legal practitioner.
• Circa 1–1.5+ years’ post-admission experience.
• Experience or genuine exposure to taxation law, tax advisory and/or tax disputes.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical capability.
