Payroll Administrator & Accounts Payable
Brisbane, Fortitude Valley
$75,000 - $80,000 + super 

Work with an highly preforming team and be involved in multiple areas of the business, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on a daily basis while being supported by a team of 15. 

The successful person will have: 

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience in complex payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
• Ability to process supplier bills and payment runs including employee reimbursements
• Ability to execute precision and accuracy within your role, ensuring that all financial records are error-free.
• Be prepared to tackle challenges and find creative solutions. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes with ease.
• Proficiency in payroll software and accounting tools is a must.
• Experience with Xero is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process commissions for the sales team. 
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax and superannuation regulations.
• Process accounts payable when necessary, ensuring bills are paid on time and accurately.
• Bank reconciliations
• Generate payroll reports and financial statements for management.
