The Role

You’ll manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing full-function bookkeeping services and acting as a key point of contact for all things finance. Your day-to-day will include:

• End-to-end bookkeeping including bank recs, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
• BAS, IAS, Superannuation and payroll tax lodgements.
• Month-end and year-end support for clients.
• Working closely with accountants and the wider advisory team.
• Supporting clients across Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and cloud systems.
• Helping improve client processes and systems where needed.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with your clients.

About You

• 2.5+ years of bookkeeping experience in an AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNTING FIRM.
• Strong Xero and cloud software knowledge.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
• A team player who’s happy to share knowledge and collaborate.
• Bookkeeping qualification or Cert IV (ideal, not essential).
