Receptionist / Administration Close to Mount Gravatt | $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
Working with a boutique accountancy firm, this role will be supporting two partners to help with day to day administrative / reception duties.
While on reception you will be the first point of contact for clients, so having great people skills and a polite telephone manner is a must.
In this role you will supply administrative support, greet visitors, answer telephone calls, type office correspondence and much more. Qualified candidates will have a strong attention to detail, with an ability to multitask and complete tasks within a timely manor.
Previous experience within a public practice accounting firm would be highly preferable.
Duties including but not limited to:
Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
Management of Tax Agent ATO Portal communication
Management of Xero Practice Manager System (updating details, adding clients, reporting and lodgements)
Answering telephones and handling client queries where possible
Typing letters and collating correspondence to clients
Data Entry / Scanning
Management of office maintenance
Electronic filing
Management of team calendars
Booking, setting up for meetings and welcoming clients upon arrival
Managing office supplies & setting up the boardroom for meetings
