With systems in place and a collaborative team environment, this role is designed to let you focus on what you do best—managing your portfolio without the chaos.
The Role

• Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio end-to-end
• Build strong relationships with landlords and renters
• Handle maintenance, arrears, and day-to-day portfolio management
• Conduct rent reviews and provide strategic advice to clients
• Work closely with leasing, admin, and accounts support
