The Role As the Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of the rental department, managing the leasing process from enquiry through to move-in while working alongside a supportive team of Property Managers and administration staff.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct open for inspections and private inspections
• Manage tenant enquiries via phone, email and online portals
• Process rental applications and complete tenant referencing
• Present applications to rental providers with recommendations
• Prepare lease documentation and coordinate tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with prospective tenants, rental providers and Property Managers
• Ensure a seamless and professional leasing experience
• Keep properties leased quickly while maintaining strong service standards

About You You'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant or within residential property management
• A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining a positive attitude
• A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
