The Opportunity Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio, you'll be supported by an experienced team in the office along with a well-established Virtual Assistant team who assist with administration, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with rental providers and renters
• Conduct routine inspections and lease renewals
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Handle arrears management and compliance requirements
• Attend VCAT hearings when required
• Work collaboratively with leasing, administration, and support teams

About You

• Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
