Conveyancing Assistant/Receptionist with Industry exp required to work closely with the business owner.
Well established Conveyancer is looking to hire a permanent Conveyancers Assistant/Receptionist to work beside the business owner. Previous Real Estate or Conveyancing experience required.
They are looking for someone who has amazing Customer Service, able to multi-task as you will be required to maintain and monitor 2 email in boxes, answer the telephones, order searches, open files across Databases, Draft Form 1’s and generally assist the Conveyancers and File Managers with any tasks.
You will have previous Real Estate or Conveyancing experience, have good exp writing professional correspondence and possess good administration skills.
