As an emerging medical recruitment agency growing across Australia and New Zealand, we now have an opportunity available for a Clinical Lead in Vocational Rehabilitation to be based in Wellington, New Zealand.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Clinician to lead the Vocational Rehabilitation Service in Wellington. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the service, helping clients achieve successful return-to-work outcomes. Your leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and relationship management skills will be key to thriving in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of the Vocational Rehabilitation Service in Wellington, ensuring exceptional standards.
- Manage and prioritise incoming referrals to the service.
- Guide and support a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality, client-focused care.
- Chair and facilitate regular multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
- Monitor and enhance service quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer clinical mentorship and advice to team members and contractors.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager and Team Leads to foster staff growth and development.
Requirements: - At least 2 years’ clinical experience in vocational rehabilitation.
- 5+ years’ experience as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
- Post-graduate qualifications in chronic pain (preferred but not essential).
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of ACC operations, medical protocols, and policies.
- Active membership in professional associations as mandated by ACC contracts.
