Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Long Lawford, Rugby (CV23)
Pay Rate: £12.44 per hour (weekly paid)
Hours: 40 hours per week (start time: 6:00 am or 7:00 am)
Job Type: Ongoing (To Start 5th January 2026)
Hunters 4 Staff is excited to be recruiting a Production Operative for our client in Long Lawford, Rugby (CV23).

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing materials for production.
• Assembling crates, cases, and pallets.
• Operating air-powered tools.
• Using wood-cutting machinery.
• Performing general operational duties as required.
