APS6 Fraud Data Analysts - Federal Government Department 

• $65 -$73 an hour + Super
• Government Department role, long term contract

ACM Healthcare is working on behalf of a Federal Government Department to source multiple experienced Fraud Data Analysts for initially a 12-month contract at an APS6 Level.
 
Duties:

• Design and calibrate detection models in Teradata SQL to identify unknown or difficult-to-detect non-compliance and fraud risks for initial assessment
• Develop Teradata SQL programs to combine datasets to detect and analyse fraud and non-compliance risks
• Lead the documentation, identification, and integration of internal and external datasets required for fraud detection and compliance analytics
• Collaborate with compliance and intelligence teams to develop and expand detection logic for financial integrity concerns
• Build and refine reporting products and dashboards that translate analytical results into actionable intelligence for operational and compliance teams
• Implement and enhance data quality frameworks, security measures, and governance to ensure reliable data assets for financial integrity
• Support the establishment of coordinated agency-wide intelligence functions and case governance committees

 
Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with advanced data profiling, analysis, and integration skills, with experience in Teradata SQL, ETL, and data warehousing practices. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, Tableau, SAS
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency
• Successful candidates performing this role may also be required to obtain an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) organisational suitability assessment
• As this role is within a Federal Government department it is a required to be an Australian Citizen at time of commencement
