THE ROLE You will work with clients to plan for sustainable business growth by identifying their business issues, creating a plan, and making it happen. You will handle a variety of tasks, including external reporting, management accounting, and tax preparation, while providing expert advice and developing strong client relationships. Our team provides personalised services to clients based on their unique needs and to meet the challenges at every stage of their life cycle. To excel in this role, you will need to not only understand financial concepts, but also be a great communicator, be able to work with and without guidance and as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare complex financial statements
- Able to provide assistance and guidance to other staff members
- Liaises with clients and prepares detailed managements reports
- Identifies tax planning and restructuring opportunities for clients and discusses with manager
- Prepare and file returns in accordance with legal requirements
- Identifies issues, researches and provides recommendations to manager
Ideally, you will be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CA environment, you are an experienced people leader with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues and develop a team that can deliver to deadlines.
