This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action, empowering teams, and building the systems that keep a professional services firm running smoothly and smartly.

Your Purpose
To drive operational excellence and strategic execution by leading a proactive, solutions-focused operations function that empowers the firm to grow, thrive, and deliver exceptional client experiences—while freeing up Partners and senior leaders to focus on strategy and client relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Strategic Execution & Alignment
  Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with the firm’s vision.
• Operational Excellence & Efficiency
  Establish strong business rhythms, optimise internal processes, and leverage technology to streamline operations and support scalability.
• Empowering Leadership
  Provide clear direction, coach and develop the operations team, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Client Experience & Service Delivery
  Ensure operational touchpoints reflect professionalism and care, and lead initiatives to enhance service consistency and client satisfaction.
