We’re currently recruiting an internal Hays Talent Partner to support a high profile RPO and MSP client based in Melbourne focusing on temporary and permanent recruitment. This is a full time, 12 month opportunity with an immediate start, where you will be embedded onsite with our client to deliver recruitment services. The role is based across two Melbourne client sites (parking provided), so access to your own vehicle is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment from job brief through to onboarding across a diverse portfolio across multiple divisions
- Deliver a mix of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions, supported by dedicated sourcing and compliance teams
- Manage contractor relationships end to end, including handling escalations, ensuring OHS compliance, monitoring pay rates and maintaining accurate compliance records
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing tailored recruitment advice and market insight
- Partner closely with the Sourcing team to design and execute effective attraction strategies aligned to business priorities
- Build, maintain and leverage strategic talent pools to support workforce planning and future hiring demand
- Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining high standards of service delivery
What you'll need to succeed - Industry Experience: Ideally, 5 years + recruitment experience
- Market Knowledge: Demonstrates expert knowledge of the market and industry sector.
- Professional Skills: High-level partnering skills, professionalism, commercial acumen, and credibility.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment: Strong commitment to process standards, service delivery, and system integrity.
- Performance: Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
