We are currently recruiting for a MSP Manager to lead our One NZ MSP solution in New Zealand, working flexibly with 3 days based onsite at our customers beautiful office in the Wynyard Quarter as well as within the Hays flagship Auckland office. The role is a parental leave cover for a period of 12 months.

As a Manager, you will play a critical role in the achievement of strategic objectives including proactively identifying process improvements, trends and insights and determining priorities. We’re looking for someone who can proactively support multiple stakeholders and seek out opportunities to expand upon the current portfolio of solutions. You will be responsible for successfully managing service delivery along with:
- Set and drive the strategic direction of the program through service improvement and evolution roadmaps
- Join and work collaboratively with an existing and highly successful team of Managers and Directors
- Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, candidates and suppliers, ensuring outstanding customer experience for all
- Lead and be accountable for all performance, productivity, and commercial outcomes, driving mutually beneficial outcomes for Hays and One NZ
- Drive a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, risk mitigation and opportunity realisation

As an experienced recruiter and leader, you will already have 5+ years in a recruitment environment and expertise gained within managed service or temp / contract solutions management. You will be customer centric with expert relationship and stakeholder management skills. Along with this we know you are;
- Highly motivated and thrive in a dynamic team environment and confident at engaging with all levels of stakeholders
- Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers, delivering an exceptional experience to everyone you engage with
- Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
- Adaptable, agile and able to constantly seek new opportunities to further develop existing accounts
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage direct reports in a collaborative and high performing environment
- Interested in optimising VMS technology and recruitment processes and procedures to drive outcomes for clients and candidates
- Confident with analysing data and generating reports to discuss account and market trends and insights to deliver long-term hiring strategies
