Change Manager Opportunity - | Insurance | Melbourne| Sydney | Brisbane | Hybrid
  
We’ve just been engaged to support a major enterprise program delivering improvements across digital workplace and physical worksite environments.
  
This role will support large-scale change initiatives focused on workplace technology, infrastructure uplift, and integration activities that enhance how people work every day.
 
What you’ll be working on:
 

• Rollout of new workplace/property technologies (VC, visitor systems, devices)
• Digital workplace tools & device deployments
• Change impact assessments & stakeholder engagement
• Communications & business readiness planning
• Training, user guidance & adoption support
• Policy & process updates to support change initiatives  

What we’re looking for:
  

• Experience delivering technology change & adoption initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills
• Ability to integrate into large program teams and drive adoption outcomes
• Digital workplace or infrastructure change experience (highly regarded)
• Property / workplace technology exposure a bonus
