About the Role
You will lead agile squads, translate business needs into user-focused digital solutions, and drive delivery outcomes across Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter workstreams.
Working with stakeholders from technology, digital, business, and partner teams, you will shape the product vision, prioritise roadmaps, and ensure high-quality delivery across each release cycle.
  
This role suits a delivery-focused Product Owner (or a Lead BA who has transitioned into PO) with Guidewire experience and the ability to operate confidently in a rapid, high-pressure transformation environment.
  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Define product vision, requirements, and strategic outcomes aligned to business objectives
• Lead and own outcomes across Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter delivery squads
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify needs and shape the digital product roadmap
• Lead agile delivery squads and prioritise the product backlog for maximum value
• Translate goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Manage digital delivery plans including resource alignment and readiness activities
• Communicate delivery progress through stand-ups, showcases, and visual boards
• Build strong working relationships across digital, innovation, IT, and business teams
• Champion Agile ways of working and promote continuous improvement
• Support and guide cross-functional teams, fostering an effective agile culture
• Ensure thorough testing and readiness for successful go-lives
• Work closely with developers, BAs, tech leads, architects and mixed vendor teams (approx. 20 per squad)

  
What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter
• Strong background in Agile product ownership or Lead BA → PO transition
• Experience working in large transformation programs
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong background as a delivery-focused Product Owner, or Lead BA stepping into PO

  
Highly Desirable

• Experience developing or managing digital technologies and functional enhancements
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum preferred)
• Experience delivering digital initiatives end-to-end
• Insurance or financial services industry experience
