✨ Who is TeamKids? ✨
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
The role
As a Casual Responsible Person, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service during our Holiday Program (Vacation Care), ensuring that children aged 5-12 years receive the highest quality care, education, and fun! You will lead a team of educators to deliver engaging programs and activities that cater to individual needs while fostering positive relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider community.
Location: Highton 3216
Shift time are 8am - 2pm or 11pm - 6pm.
Shifts may vary depending on excursion days or other factors
✅ Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you!
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
✅You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
✅ Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards. (Visit www.acecqa.gov.au for more info)
