We're seeking a NSW Operations Manager to join our team. In this senior role, you'll report directly to our State Operations Manager, guiding and mentoring a team of Regional Managers while working with our Partnership Managers to deliver remarkable program quality, drive operational excellence, and lead our continued growth across NSW.
  
What You'll Do

• Oversee Multi-Site Operations: Lead a team of Regional Managers, each responsible for up to 15 services, ensuring seamless operations and consistent excellence across all programs.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Champion quality and accountability by maintaining high standards, managing compliance, and delivering the TeamKids promise every day.
• Develop & Empower Teams: Mentor and support your Regional Manager team, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Manage Finances & Risks: Oversee budgets, control labour spending, and proactively manage operational risks to ensure quality service delivery and long-term sustainability.
• Engage Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, internal departments, and community partners to ensure the success of every program.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in OSHC: You have a strong track record managing multi-site operations in the OSHC sector and understand its unique challenges.
• A Natural Mentor: Your passion for developing teams helps others achieve their best.
• Growth-Focused: You have proven experience in scaling operations whilst maintaining high quality services
• A Proactive Problem Solver: You tackle challenges head-on with resilience and a solution-focused mindset.
• An Effective Communicator: Your exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Innovate & Improve: Apply a critical lens to current practices, think outside the box, and drive the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Balanced & Fun-Loving: While committed to excellence, you keep a big kid's spirit alive, making work engaging and creative.
• Road-Ready: You hold a valid driver's licence and are prepared to support our teams on the road.
