Who Are We?  TeamKids is Australia’s premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and during school holidays — delivering programs that kids (and families!) genuinely love.

The Role: Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact!
We are seeking a passionate, energetic Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead an OSHC program that brings joy, creativity and connection to children every day.

This is a permanent, full‑time role with flexible work‑from‑home options for your admin hours. You’ll also be supported by a dedicated Mentor and Regional Manager, so you’re never alone — we set you up to shine.

Service Location: Located in Fraser, the service operates out of a half designated OSHC room, as well as a shared HIVE classroom for seniors as well as a fully equipped kitchen, access to the schools hall, undercover outdoor courtyard, fixed playgrounds and lovely grassed areas.

Work Schedule Split shifts Monday–Friday
Before School Care: 7am - 9am
After School Care: 2pm - 6pm 
Admin hours: approx. 8

What You’ll Do As a Director of Service, you’ll be the driving force behind an amazing OSHC experience:

• Lead and inspire your team of educators.
• Create a safe, engaging, and compliant program.
• Design exciting activities that spark imagination and fun.
• Build genuine relationships with families, school communities, and children.
• Manage compliance, documentation and the smooth running of your service.
