About the role
This role is based in Hawera, and this Auckland listing is intended to connect with candidates who may be open to relocating for the right opportunity.

As Sales Support & CRM Manager (Senior) you will design and improve the systems, reporting, and processes that support sustainable sales growth across the New Zealand business. You will work closely with leaders, contribute commercially, and help build stronger visibility across pipeline, activity, and performance.

This role will suit someone who is confident working across both strategic and operational priorities, and who is motivated by the opportunity to build and improve function, process, and visibility in a growing business.

What you will be doing

• Design and improve sales processes, workflows, and reporting
• Develop dashboards across pipeline, quoting, and accounts
• Support sales planning, coordination, and execution
• Monitor pipeline health, share of wallet visibility, and sales activity
• Implement scalable sales systems and enablement tools

What you will bring

• Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or enablement
• Strong CRM and reporting capability, ideally with Numerik exposure
• A commercial mindset and the ability to connect activity with performance
• A process-led approach and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to contribute across both operational and strategic work
