Diesel Mechanic - New Zealand Opportunities

Salary: NZD $32 - $40 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Roles available across New Zealand

We are currently recruiting experienced Diesel Mechanics to join reputable employers across New Zealand. These roles involve working on heavy vehicles and fleet maintenance in professional workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults in diesel engines and heavy vehicles
• Carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Respond to breakdowns when required
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience with heavy vehicles preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Physically fit and in good health
• Must be able to able to provide clear police clearance/certificates
• Able to provide up-to-date work references and work experience evidence
• Willing to complete and pass English language testing
