About the role
This is a newly created role based in Hawera, with the opportunity to shape how sales performance is measured, supported, and improved across the New Zealand business.
As Sales Operations Manager, you will design and improve the systems, reporting, and processes that support sustainable sales growth. You will work closely with leaders, contribute commercially, and help build stronger visibility across pipeline, activity, and performance.
