Engineering Manager - Preconstruction in Tampa FL
What you'll do
Lead Planning and estimating phase of large, complex construction projects before breaking ground. You'll work closely with the Engineering Director & Operations Team to make sure every project is properly priced, scheduled and set up for success.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction management or Engineering
FL PE license
Experience in design-build GMP and CM at Risk projects
Strong Estimating and Preconstruction background
