Paving Superintendent – Denver, CO

We're seeking an experienced Paving Superintendent to lead asphalt paving operations across heavy civil projects. This role is responsible for managing paving crews, coordinating equipment and materials, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:

• 2+ years of paving experience on heavy civil projects
• Experience with CDOT, FAA, municipal, or mainline paving projects
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Knowledge of asphalt paving operations, production, and quality control
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
