Job Title: Global CRM Manager
Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

We are seeking a Global CRM Manager to establish and lead a newly created role, building a global CRM programme from the ground up and shaping customer experiences across all touchpoints worldwide.
Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global omnichannel CRM strategy, covering lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and loyalty.
• Lead CRM platforms, integrations, and data management to create a single customer view.
• Design and optimise personalised, omnichannel customer journeys across digital, retail, and events.
• Track and improve performance through KPIs, testing, and insights to drive growth and loyalty.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, agencies, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
• Proven experience building CRM strategies from scratch at scale, preferably globally.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, CDPs, and data-driven marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
